To remain compliant and continue to benefit from CITEO PRO’s support, you must take out a new contract. Once your registration is complete, you will be able to access your new Customer Portal for commercial packaging.
Please note: your Catering Customer Portal, including your history, will remain accessible for several more months.
Between July and September 2026, you will need to submit your final declaration for catering packaging placed on the French market between 1 January and 30 June 2026.
You will also be required to submit a final report on reuse under the Packaging and Packaging Waste Act (REP) for the catering sector by the end of 2026.
From 1 July 2026, you must:
– Take out a new contract with an approved eco-organisation.
– Submit your first provisional declaration to estimate your commercial packaging placed on the market between 1 July and 31 December 2026.
