The Board of Directors sets out the key strategic directions for CITEO PRO within the framework of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme for professional packaging and ensures that these are implemented.
Shareholders
The shareholders hold a stake in CITEO PRO’s share capital.
They meet to approve the accounts and take decisions within their remit.
The Stakeholders’ Committee
Like any Producer Responsability Organisation, CITEO PRO has a stakeholder committee, which is a mandatory consultative body under the EPR regulatory framework.
Comprising four sub-committees, the Stakeholders’ Committee is consulted for its opinion on all projects set out in the Environment Code; the opinions issued by the Stakeholders’ Committee are made public.
The Stakeholder Committee for the professional packaging sector is currently being set up.
